Tasting Notes

Our passion for growing European vinifera led us to add a block of estate Gamay Noir. Our cool climate growing season has resulted in a wine that exhibits a very delicate, fruity red wine. This wine is reminiscent of black currant and cherry aromas. On the palate, sweet cherries transition to supple tannins for a satisfying finish.
