Tasting Notes

This wine is a fruit-forward blend of Rhubarb and l’Acadie Blanc which exhibits floral flavours mid-palate, finishing slightly dry and tart from the rhubarb. Just beautiful.

Food Pairing

Goes very well with light summer cuisine but also on its own.
