Tasting Notes

This Chardonnay is medium straw in appearance with great clarity and brilliance. The nose displays tropical fruit. In the mouth this wine is concentrated and intense with explosive pineapple, peach and apple flavours framed by vibrant acidity. It finishes long and crisp.

Very versatile in its food pairing nature, this Chardonnay will compliment a range of dishes from a chicken to luxurious seafood meals.
